Vacation Time!

I hope that you are having a great summer. We spent a few days in Branson Mo over the fourth of July. Enjoy the pictures and enjoy your family as we know our children grow up to fast and we know that there are couples in this world still waiting to become parents. Selah loves to smile

Misty is going to China..

Ne how, that means hello in Chinese..I am sure that is not how it is spelled! I will be leaving in 11 weeks to go to main land China to assist in a work project. Me and 4 other women will be going for 10 days to assist in working along side the nannies and people involved with the orphan care facility. I am so excited!
Please pray for me and the other women going:
* pray for finances for me to be available when needed
*for my family
( Tron who will be the dad and mom when I am gone)
*the flight over there that I will remain calm and feel at peace
* for us to encourage the workers and children.

Summer Time...Summer Time....It's summer time!!

Wow, it is summer time! Ice cream, baseball, fireworks, watermelons, pool parties, late nights, the smell of sunscreen, vacation to the lake, at least one trip to urgent care, running in the sprinkler, county fairs......It's summer time!

Mothers Day 2008

As I look back 15 years ago Mothers day use to be a very hard day for me. After 7 years of infertility and heart ache I guess you could say the Lord proved the doctors wrong!! I am now a proud mother of 5 precious children. I am so blessed to be the mother of two adopted daughters and three biological sons. And of course a wonderful husband (my 6th child) Tron!

A day at the park........

Spring time is in full swing! Soccer games, trips to the park and time in the outdoors. Thank you Lord for such a beautiful season filled with the wonders of new life.
